Lara’s extensive experience in media includes brands like AOL, Disney, Telegraph and AutoTrader; in roles where data was instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives. Currently, Lara leads ITV's Advertising Data team, responsible for developing data partnerships, products, and analytics to power addressable advertising.
In previous roles, Lara and her teams launched ad technology platforms, modernised programmatic businesses, built in-house media buying capabilities, and developed successful, award-winning, commercial data strategies.
Lara is a regular speaker, panelist and judge at advertising technology and digital marketing events. She also enjoys mentoring young talent in her volunteer work with Bloom UK; and lends advisory support to the charity, Children of the Mekong.
