Rachael Savage currently serves as Head of Monetization Strategy & Ad Operations at Condé Nast, where she leads teams responsible for developing digital monetization strategies and the supporting operations across the brands in the Condé Nast portfolio (including Vogue, GQ, Wired, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker).

Rachael joined Condé Nast in 2018 from Google, where she oversaw campaign planning and implementation across YouTube’s Google Preferred business. Prior to Google, Rachael spent nine years at The New York Times, where she grew digital ad capabilities, ultimately all ad sales operations, including: sales planning, ad operations, revenue analytics, and platform partnerships.
