As Propellernet’s media team, driving value through testing and learning is central to our approach to client work, team ways of working and personal development. Propellernet is a people-first organisation - a deliberate strategy, ensuring we create the right environment for high-impact work for our clients. So, when our head of media left in 2019, we decided to try something new. We became Propellernet’s first self-organised team.
Despite having no prior operational or financial experience, we’ve risen to the challenge. We’ve adopted an iterative, test and learn approach to how we run our team and how we deliver client work. We’re proud of our successes. Our technical skills, client impact and platform expertise have seen us named as one of just 15 Google Pathfinder agencies (out of 300+ google Premier Partners and 6,000+ Google Partners), one of the first UK Facebook Partners and one of Criteo’s first ever partners too.
