Every brand needs to move consumers along the purchase funnel but, for Ford, achieving maximum efficiency was essential. Xaxis, the outcome media company, was tasked by Ford’s dedicated advertising agency GTB and Mindshare to apply its AI capabilities to optimise media activity towards Purchase Intent (PI) – a metric created for Ford to quantify the value of key website actions linked to impact on offline sales and improve efficiency from Ford’s digital investment.

(For judges’ eyes only) The campaign achieved a 25% reduction in cost per purchase intent, and an estimated efficiency saving of 25% across Ford’s EU markets.
