This campaign supported IHG Channel Shift strategy which focussed on increasing the proportion of direct bookings for IHG’s hotel portfolio through their website.

iotec managed the performance arm of the strategy, implementing of a customer acquisition campaign to find brand new customers, as well as encouraging existing members of IHG’s Rewards Club to sign up to their loyalty scheme, Accelerate.
