In 2018 Samsung Memory sought to grow its rising profile. Increasingly, technology leans on memory to increase productivity, but with users frequenting many digital platforms Samsung’s challenge was to identify audiences across these. Resultantly, strategy became more multi-channelled with familiar platforms like Facebook complemented by newcomers from Amazon to LinkedIn. Performance exceeding many benchmarks and provided insights for continued success.
