TUI needed to re-focus digital performance from purely driving sales to managing capacity of flights and destinations whilst maintaining volume. We partnered with MiQ to create new segmentation allowing TUI to be flexible to capacity and revenue. Using the MiQ Capture pixel and predictive analysis we changed our bid strategy to find the right people at the right time, adapting to trading pressures.
